Where We Build
We can build on your lot or you can pick one of ours; subdivision or on a chunk of ground. We can even subdivide your land for you.
We currently have lots in the following subdivisions:

The Overlook, New Palestine
Grey Hawk Place, Plainfield

On average 6 months to a year + depending on the size of the home and the time we’re able to break ground.

We’ll schedule a free consultation where we discuss what you’d like in your home and the kind of design you’d like. We’ll work up plans and a price. We’ll meet again and get any additional requests or revisions you’d like to make.
Once you’re happy with the blueprints and pricing, we’ll sign the contracts for home building.
From there, we get all the permits and start building your home.
The final step is a walk-though and moving in!
