Process

  • Designing Your Home

    It all begins with your idea, we take that and put it onto paper. We’ll discuss what you want and need in your home and start designing it for you.

  • Pricing Process

    We’ll meet with you and show you the blueprints and pricing that we have gotten together based on the prior meeting. We’ll make any revisions you request, and adjust the blueprints and pricing accordingly.

  • Contract Signing

    Once the plans look good, we’ll sign the contracts and immediately start applying for the necessary permits for your home’s location.

  • Construction

    As soon as all permits are active, construction begins. At this stage, you’ll start making detailed selections with our suppliers for all the finer details in your home.

  • Moving In

    At the end of construction, we’ll do a final walk-through, we’ll discuss warranty, emergency contact information, and basic care instructions. All that’s left is closing and moving into your new home!
